Business Development Systems Coordinator Marketing
Compensation
to $70,000 with firm paid exceptional benefits, bonus, PTO, health club membership and transportation program.

Job Description
Coordinate the Firm mailing process which includes working with Partners and Associates to reformat documents and get approval for mailing lists
Generating reports from data within InterAction
Monitoring the InterAction system to ensure the integrity of the data and providing troubleshooting support for other users
Attending to ongoing maintenance of the InterAction system and special projects that arise
Performing other marketing duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
2 to 5 years of prior experience working in a professional services environment.
Familiarity with basic marketing principles and software such as InterAction Web (version 5.6) /Windows Client software, MS Word and MS Excel.
Excellent project management, verbal and written communication skills and research skills required.
Must be extremely detail oriented and able to work overtime when needed.
