Position	Legal Receptionist Supervisor - 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Location	New York, NY - Midtown Manhattan

The Firm	U.S. based multinational law firm
Duties	Supervise Reception department's daily workflow and monitor staff performance. Act as the lead receptionist while performing supervisory functions from the front desk. Supervise receptionist's handling of day to day duties and adherence to all departmental procedures and firm policies. Assist Manager with administrative tasks Work closely with Manager to develop initiatives and implement procedures, making sure staff understands all information and performs requirements properly. Oversee new hire training at the front desk Provide coaching to all staff members Provide regular feedback to Manager regarding staff's performance, especially during the mid-year and end of year review processes Required Must have 3+ years related supervisory experience in a large law firm or corporation. Bachelors or Associates degree is required.
